Gareth Bale Could Join Spanish Giants Real Madrid

Real Madrid just witnessed their arch rivals Barcelona pip them to the signing of Neymar, who is regarded as one of the hottest properties in world football. The pressure is on Real Madrid president Florentino Perez to deliver a marquee signing this summer. The club has been linked with Tottenham star Gareth Bale for some time now.

The Premier League outfit failed to qualify for the Champions League group stages, which raised doubts about their ability to keep Bale beyond the summer.

Immediately after the end of the season, though, Bale said that he would be happy to stay at Tottenham despite the lack of Champions League football. A few weeks is a long time in football and it has been proved once again because Bale’s agent Jonathan Barnett has refused to rule out a potential move to Real Madrid in the summer.

According to Sky Sports, Barrett said to MarcaTV that his client would be happy to listen to offers, while it gave him great pleasure to see Bale being linked with a club like Real Madrid.

Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas spoke about the need to extend the deal of Bale in order to ward off interest from other clubs. Barnett, though, has said that his client has not received any new offer from Tottenham and he still has three years left on his contract.

“If Florentino is interested in Gareth Bale, then that would be an honour and we would listen. Whatever Neymar cost – Gareth Bale is worth more,” said Barnett.

Neymar is believed to have cost Barcelona around £25 million in transfer fees, but Barnett has warned potential suitors by saying that Gareth Bale would cost significantly more than Neymar because he has proved that he is amongst the best in the Premier League – one of the toughest leagues in the world.

Bale is valued at around £45 million after his impressive performances, which earned him double PFA awards, last season.

Bale is still at 23 years of age.
He should be in NO hurry to move, WHY because of Important factors like – Happiness, Friends, Buddies, Fun, Improvement, AVB, Mr Levy, a young Family and daughter. Money cannot buy you all these ” Cherished ” things.
I left out, his Fans worldwide.
Bale will leave, ONLY when He thinks so, not AVB, not Mr Levy and certainly not his ‘ agent’.
Who knows more than Bale, only He himself.
So sorry guys, and managers, Bale wants to have FUN first, help Spurs get into the Championship cups first, in a year or two, and let Bale think and decide.
