Additionally TalkSPORT also has reported that the player could be on his was to the MLS in the attempt to follow in the footsteps of former English Premier League stars Robbie Keane and Thierry Henry.
Silvestre has not played competitively since his contract with German Bundesliga side Werder Bremen ended over the summer of 2012. He is still thought to be looking for the next potential move, but could keep the MLS as an option after such a warm welcome.
Although the MLS have much farther to go in becoming one of the worlds greatest and most competative leagues. However, their foundation is off to a good start and with veteran players such as David Beckham, Robbie Keane, Thierry Henry and others having all been a part or still remaining as a park in the lead.
