Inter Milan are looking for another fullback to add to their squad after versatile veteran playmaker, Maicon left for Manchester City over the summer. According to reports from TalkSport on October 9, 2012, the club is apparently looking to the English Premier League for their potential new signing.
It looks as though Arsenal’s Bacary Sagna is the chief target of their search thus far and the Milanese club stands a much better chance of signing the player than many may think.
Sagna has spent the majority of the last season on the injured list and once again has been found there this season. With the solid efforts of Carl Jenkinson starting to mold him into an effective new right back Sagna’s future may be in question.
After the player’s public outcry over the sale of Alex Song and now a potential replacement having filled his boots, Inter could lend their target after all and Arsenal could recoup even more funds from what they laid out this summer to bring in Lukas Podolski, Santi Cazorla and Olivier Giroud.
